In my 28+ years in the automobile business, I have never been as excited about a new brand as I am with INEOS Grenadier! I first came across INEOS Grenadier online some time ago and learned they were planning to expand into the USA. As an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys off-roading, boating, camping, fishing, paddleboarding, hiking and more, this vehicle really got my attention. As an auto retailer, I knew immediately that I was looking at a winner and began the process of working to become a franchisee right away. I am thrilled to announce that Lyle Pearson INEOS Grenadier was the first in North America to sign a Dealer Agreement with INEOS Grenadier and I cannot wait to show you this incredible, unique vehicle. It performs like nothing else I have ever driven!

My love for the outdoors includes camping, hiking, skiing and side-by-side off-roading, all things I plan to enjoy MORE with an INEOS Grenadier. I look forward to the long drives to some of my favorite destinations in a vehicle purpose-built for exactly what I need. With over 30 years in the automobile business, I’ve experienced a lot, but I still haven’t learned to fly fish. When I can find the time, that’s what I want to learn next!

Working in the car business since 2010, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with and develop relationships with great people from all walks of life. My career has made it possible to enjoy my true passions, which include camping, hiking, off-road 4-wheel driving, overlanding, motorcycling and exploring remote areas. INEOS Grenadier enhances outdoor adventures and experiences and I look forward to the opportunity to introduce you to this unique offering.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, I went to work at a Datsun dealership in 1977 as a technician for used cars. Working my way up I became a service advisor, then a service manager, then a service and parts director for another local dealership. After a 30 -year career back east, my wife and I decided to move to Boise, where the outdoors and outdoor living are truly magnificent. I’ve been with the Lyle Pearson Auto Group since 2018 and I am excited to bring the benefit of all my years in service and parts to INEOS Grenadier. When I’m not working, I enjoy going to Boise State football and basketball games, golfing, spending time with our grandchildren and taking our dog Mazie for walks on the Boise River Greenbelt.
